Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact us first. We will help you cancel the order and process to refund you, and the refund takes 5-8 business days back to your account.

We promise to process your request to cancel your order within 24 hours of working day. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.

 

Returns (If applicable)

All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase as specified on your proof of purchase.
If the Device was purchased on a third party website or another purchasing method such as a retail purchaser (“Resellers”), you must abide by their individual return and exchange policies. We will not honor or accept returns originally sold by other Resellers. 

We accept return of products except accessories and filaments. We do not accept any return of 3D printer on sale. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product. You must first contact us and get our written approval before sending any item back.

We will provide the return address upon the approval of your return. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

We can accept returns of slightly used items within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies. An extra charge may be applied if parts are broken or missing or non-salable components.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Refunds do not include any tips, shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. 

Notes:

1. Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.

2. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

3. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
